By clicking on the menu item, the page required to create a new report will be visible.

A short name can be written in the "Announcement title" field.

The "Area, error description, deadline assignment" field can be filled in with the named data or even with additional useful information.

By clicking on the "Priority" field, the urgency of fixing the error can be selected using the drop-down field.

By clicking the "Submit report" button, the entry can be registered, but the registered entry will no longer be editable.

After the ticket is sent, you will receive automatic e-mail notifications about the acceptance of the report.

By clicking on the menu item, all the reports made by you previosly will be visible. After clicking on the different statuses, you can call up the list of all reports, as well as the list of tickets that differ by status.

By clicking the "Open" button in the summary list, you can call up the details related to the report. By filling in the comment field and pressing a button, a comment can be recorded about each correction.

If your Ermico Contact Person records a comment, you will receive an automatic e-mail about it. In case your Contact needs information to complete the task, it will change the status of the entry to "Action Required" to let you know that we need your help.

After the work is done, the post will change to "Ready to review" status. In this case, we are waiting for your feedback to issue the Completion report and close the ticket.
